We are looking for a female Receptionist/Admin who is active, energetic, and professional, with strong multitasking abilities to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
- Managing the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, deliveries, and couriers
- Handling basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting room calendars
- Assisting visitors by providing accurate information and directions
- Coordinating with internal departments for visitor access and inquiries
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience required.
- Any Nationality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Prior experience preferred.
- Must be in Qatar
