We are looking for a female Receptionist/Admin who is active, energetic, and professional, with strong multitasking abilities to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
  • Managing the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail, deliveries, and couriers
  • Handling basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining meeting room calendars
  • Assisting visitors by providing accurate information and directions
  • Coordinating with internal departments for visitor access and inquiries

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience required.
  • Any Nationality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Prior experience preferred.
  • Must be in Qatar
