Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, managing front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage appointment scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting arrangements using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of records
  • Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring a professional environment at all times
  • Lease self-storage units, handle payments and tour storage facility as required

Qualifications

  • Proven office experience or clerical background with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards
  • Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is required
  • Excellent typing speed and data entry skills for efficient record keeping
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Personal assistant or office management experience will be considered an asset
  • Demonstrated professionalism in customer service interactions and clerical duties
