Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a positive first impression.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate team members using courteous phone etiquette.
  • Perform some legal assistant administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail with proofreading skills to ensure error-free documentation.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
