Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties

  • Greet visitors warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and clients
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Handle correspondence via email, phone, and written communication using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and record keeping, quarterly newsletter
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area that reflects a welcoming atmosphere
  • Support personal assistant duties as needed, or special project coordination

Experience

  • Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), and other applications
  • Comfortable using Cloud based software (OneDrive, SharePoint, Data Management, Canva, Microsoft Teams)
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting
  • Clerical experience involving data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
  • Knowledge of office management practices including calendar management and time management techniques
  • Personal assistant or customer support experience enhances your ability to excel in this role.

Pay: $14.72 - $22.93 per hour
