Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Office Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – Construction Company

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our growing construction company. This role is the first point of contact for customers and supports our sales team, accounting, and ownership with daily administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional on the phone and email, comfortable using Excel, and able to assist with estimates, invoices, and general office coordination. We are looking for someone sharp, reliable, bilingual, and eager to grow with the company.

Requirement: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and respond to emails professionally in English and Spanish
  • Assist with preparing estimates, proposals, and invoices
  • Provide administrative support to sales reps, accounting, and ownership
  • Use Excel to track jobs, pricing, and project details
  • Communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Schedule appointments and maintain organized files
  • Perform data entry and general office tasks
  • Help keep office operations running smoothly

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong communication skills (phone & email)
  • Basic Excel knowledge
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
  • Quick learner and team player

Preferred (not required)

  • Experience in construction, office admin, or customer service
  • Experience with estimates, invoices, or QuickBooks
  • Experience supporting sales teams

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
