The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a proven track record of answering phones and performing clerical tasks, and a passion for making sure our clients have a positive experience. Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and answer their questions.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate party.
• Deal with the general public in a professional manner.
• Answer emails and conduct general clerical duties.
• Serve as a receptionist at events.
• Deal with difficult people; be an excellent written and oral communicator; speak a foreign language.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
