Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks as needed
- Provide administrative support to the team, such as proofreading documents and transcribing meeting minutes
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager as required

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word
- Experience using a practice management software is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
