Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administration of the company. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be a self starter, takes initiative and comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative support for all office staff
  • Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate company personnel
  • Assists in setting up appointments for homeowners to review electric floor plans (in office and virtually)
  • Supports Office Manager and Assumes tasks when others take time off
  • Data entry to create Jobs, schedules and/or documentation in company software
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Self starter, takes initiative and able to navigate ambiguous job tasks
  • Proven experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite Programs
  • Experience using virtual meeting platforms a plus (ie: Zoom, Teams, Google)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
