Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to handle front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a professional demeanor to manage studio appointments, assist visitors, and support daily office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist clients, guests, and staff professionally.

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.

- Schedule and coordinate studio bookings, meetings, and appointments.

- Maintain office organization, supplies, and administrative records.

- Support the management team with document handling, filing, and correspondence.

- Assist in event coordination and scheduling for productions.- Handle minor accounting tasks, invoices, and expense reports in collaboration with the finance

team.

- Ensure a clean, welcoming reception area and oversee office maintenance coordination.

- Act as the point of contact for office-related queries and vendor management.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator.

- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.

- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

- Friendly, professional attitude with attention to detail.

- Experience in media, entertainment, or production studios is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
