Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and mail, ensuring timely responses.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Athena Health.
  • Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, organizing, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
