Receptionist/Administrative Assistant (part-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Receptionist – telephone and in person. Greet each patron with a smile and professional manner and determine how to best serve them. Handle traffic flow through office.
  • Assist with daily bookkeeping as directed by Manager
  • Maintain and track vendor/customer safety compliance and insurance data.
  • Assist Maintenance Manager with logging and maintaining maintenance work orders.
  • Back-up critical accounting functions when Manager is out of the office.
  • Assist all company managers with mailings and general secretarial tasks.
  • Filing and scanning of various company documents, organizing handouts and mailings.
  • Keep the reception area clean, neat, and organized.
  • Maintain schedules of management staff to facilitate communication.
  • Work in an honest and ethical manner, maintaining confidence on all business-related matters.

Qualifications:

Must have excellent customer service skills and telephone skills, bookkeeping
knowledge, and experience with (AR, AP), proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of
office equipment and be detail oriented. High school diploma or equivalent.

This is a part time Monday – Friday, 5 hours per day position.

A clean background and drug screening are required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
