- Greet clients, visitors, and employees, and provide a warm welcome

- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and messages

- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and meetings

- Maintain accurate records and databases

- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors

- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and photocopying

- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment

- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

- Perform other administrative tasks as required

- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

- Create and schedule posts, including graphics, videos, and captions

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and monitor analytics

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
