Job Summary

The Receptionist will handle front-desk operations, greet visitors, manage calls, and support general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and guests
  • Follow company procedures and security protocols for visitor management

Qualifications

  • Any degree
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred
  • Proficiency in multiple Indian languages (Tamil/Telugu/Malayalam/Hindi) and English is highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
