Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person/department.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary materials (brochures, forms, etc.).
  • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges.

Administrative Duties:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing calendars.
  • Support HR or Admin team with documentation, filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
  • Maintain records and databases as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
