Receptionist – Real Estate Company
Location: Dhanori or Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in Real Estate)
Education: Graduate (Any discipline)

We are seeking a well-groomed and confident Receptionist to manage the front desk at our real estate office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a professional approach while handling clients, visitors, and calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and walk-in customers in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls or provide necessary information.
  • Maintain a visitor logbook and manage entry/exit coordination.
  • Provide basic details about ongoing real estate projects and connect clients to the sales team.
  • Handle courier, email correspondence, and maintain office records.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Support administrative activities such as stationery management, call logs, and daily reports.
  • Assist HR or admin teams with documentation, filing, and event coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in real estate, construction, or front office operations is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
