Receptionist/Cashier - Ford of Kirkland

Ford of Kirkland, a trusted dealership located in Kirkland, WA, has a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. We are currently seeking a Receptionist/Cashier for immediate hire. As a valued member of our team, your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional customer service to both in-store customers and those calling in. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help others

Receptionist/Cashier Job Responsibilities

• Answering and directing inbound calls.
• Assisting customers with updates, service inquiries, and scheduling.
• Occasionally processing transactions and cashing out customers.
• Providing support across various departments as needed.

Receptionist/Cashier and Compensation

Receptionist/Cashier Qualifications

• Previous Reception, Call-Center, or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Previous Automotive experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
