Job Summary - Bilingual a plus!
Provides general administrative support with a variety of clerical activities and tasks which may include data entry, word processing and computer related duties. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required. Reports to the General Manager. Works with minimal supervision.
· Answer incoming telephone calls, take detailed messages and provide basic information to Service Writer and Management as needed.
· Review service request order work sheets for completeness and accuracy; key time and materials into Syteline.
· Open and close work orders; add operations as necessary.
· Collect and process payment of invoices via cash, check or credit card..
· Support management staff with administrative tasks as needed.
· Perform general clerical duties; copying, faxing, mailing filing, maintaining office supplies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one (1) year customer service, office and / or related experience.
Excellent phone etiquette and manner; strong interpersonal and communication skills. Bi-lingual preferred.
Able to multitask; maintain organization of area.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other computer programs with excellent keyboarding skills.
