LOOKING FOR A FEMALE RECEPTIONIST / AN HR INTERN FRSHER CAN ALSO APPLY

Responsibilities:

  • Guest and visitor management: Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and maintain a professional, tidy reception area.
  • Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take accurate messages; and handle email correspondence.
  • Administrative support: Perform tasks such as data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
  • Mail and deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Office management: Monitor and order office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and manage office security protocols.
