Receptionist / Administrative Assistant – Elder Law Firm
An established elder law firm is seeking a dependable, enthusiastic professional to join our team in a client-facing administrative role. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and committed to providing excellent service while supporting attorneys, paralegals, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and conference rooms
- Manage office equipment and ensure proper functionality
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- Handle client payments and open new client files
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- High attention to detail, including proper grammar and punctuation
- Prior law office experience or current pursuit of legal education is a plus
This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for professional growth within the firm.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
