Receptionist/Office Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized records.
  • Support office operations by performing clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Provide administrative support to team members as required.
  • Maintain an organized office environment to enhance productivity.

Skills

  • Strong clerical skills with proficiency in data entry and office management.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
