Receptionist/Office Assistant

Minimum 5yrs experience in Construction Industry

Responsibilities: Data entry for construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, budgets, cost breakdowns etc. Answering multi line phone system General administrative duties, filing, photocopying, maintaining job notebooks, organizing and distributing mail Ordering and maintaining office supplies

Requirements: Outstanding communication, organizational and computer skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook )

Preferences: Minimum AA college degree

Dress code: Business casual
