Receptionist/Sales at Dental Clinic

We are seeking a friendly, professional young woman to join our dental clinic team as a receptionist. The ideal candidate may have prior experience working in the UAE and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while assisting with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients in a warm, friendly manner to ensure a positive clinic experience.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and assist patients with inquiries regarding dental services, appointment scheduling, and general information.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, manage the clinic's calendar, and handle appointment reminders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the system.
• Adhere to clinic policies and maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with UAE regulations.

Qualifications:

• UAE experience is preffered; previous work experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Philipino is preferred.
