Roles & Responsibilities:

· Handling incoming calls, mails and attending to visitors.

· Receiving / Screening inbound phone calls and directing the call to the appropriate staff member of department.

· Responds on queries concerning the company and providing the callers with address, directions and other information.

· Greet, assists visitors and job applicants in a friendly and courteous manner, determined the nature and purpose of visit and guiding them to specific destination.

· Sort of incoming mails and distribute them to appropriate staff member within the company.

· Provide site extension / number of employees within the company when needed.

· Hear and resolve complaints from customers and public.

· Prepare monthly report of the local/ international calls as per the log sheet.

· Order and maintain office supplies stock and distribute to the staff as and when required and maintain record of the inflow and outflow of the supplies accordingly.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Administration or any related field,

· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, proficiency in Arabic language is an additional skill

· 2 years or more of experience in a similar position particularly in the field of human resource, administration and development
