Job Title: Reconstruction Coordinator

Job Summary:

Dry Force is seeking a motivated and organized Reconstruction Administrator to join our team in Irving, TX. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our reconstruction and restoration projects. The Reconstruction Administrator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including following up on supplement approvals, managing the Supplement Status report, handling construction-related emails, tracking referrals to 3rd parties and ensuring efficient record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review and Clear Construction Emails: Regularly review and clear construction-related emails, ensuring all relevant information is appropriately recorded.

2. Answer Phones When Needed: Assist in answering phones and providing support as required, ensuring a high level of customer service.

3. Xactimate Level 1 Certification: Obtain Xactimate Level 1 certification within 90 days of employment to effectively work with Xactimate software.

4. Assessment Site Visit: Conduct assessment site visits at 60 days of employment to gain a better understanding of the field operations.

5. Review "Drop List": Review and follow up on unscheduled assessment appointments as per the "drop list" to maximize efficiency.

6. Prescreen Scheduled Assessments: Pre-screen scheduled assessments to ensure that they meet the necessary requirements, preventing unnecessary expenditure of resources on small projects.

7. Assist with Scheduling Assessments: Collaborate with the team to schedule assessments or initial walk-throughs, ensuring proper coordination and allocation of resources.

8. Supplement Status Report: Maintain and update the Supplement Status report to keep all stakeholders informed of the progress of supplement requests.

Qualifications:

  • Xactimate Level 1 certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of employment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently follow through on tasks and projects, exhibiting a high level of persistence and commitment to achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the restoration or construction industry is a preferred.
