Key Responsibilities:
Financial & Operational Management

Develop and manage departmental budgets with ownership of profit and loss (P&L) performance

Track job costs, gross margins, and overall profitability of reconstruction projects
-
Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring production goals and financial targets are met

Validate and evaluate project estimates, bids, and change orders to protect margins
-
Forecast labor and subcontractor costs and maintain budget accuracy
-
Review weekly and monthly financial reports with General Manager and Owner

Oversee and ensure customer and client satisfaction

Monitor volume of work

Assist in finding and vetting subcontractors
-
Manage all aspects of reconstruction division
-
Manage daily operations of reconstruction team
-
Validate potential construction leads
-
Assign leads/projects to project managers and superintendents
-
Ensure reconstruction team follows proper work process
-
Perform tasks within the project management process to assist reconstruction team as needed (i.e. high volume, large project, etc.).

Assist project managers with budgeting and bidding

Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with reconstruction team

Ensure two-way communication with the mitigation division
-
Manage individual team members who work together to process reconstruction projects

Leadership & Team Development- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers, superintendents, and coordinators

Conduct periodic performance reviews with individual reconstruction team members

Build a culture of accountability, communication, and excellence

Ensure employee compliance with all Company policies

Be familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Reconstruction Coordinator and Project Managers
Position Requirements

High school diploma/GED
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
-
Previous construction management experience
-
Proven construction management and financial oversight experience
-
Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
- Demonstrated ability to analyze job profitability, control costs, and drive margin improvement

Effective written and oral communication.
