Record Keeper – Legal Department

Company Overview:
MVL Ltd. is a reputed organization in the real estate sector, committed to professionalism, compliance, and excellence. We are looking for a meticulous and organized Record Keeper (Legal Field) to join our Legal Department.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and organize legal files, agreements, contracts, case papers, and other legal documentation in physical and digital formats.

· Ensure proper indexing, filing, and retrieval of records as per company standards.

· Coordinate with the legal team for documentation required for court cases, regulatory filings, and compliance.

· Keep track of deadlines for hearings, submissions, and renewals.

· Update and maintain records of legal notices, petitions, and case proceedings.

· Assist in preparing and circulating legal correspondence and documentation.

· Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of all records.

· Support the Legal Head/Managers in day-to-day record management and compliance work.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Graduate in any discipline (Preference for candidates with legal background or LLB).

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in record/document management, preferably in legal or corporate sector.

· Strong knowledge of filing systems (physical & digital).

· Good communication skills (written & verbal).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

· Integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills are a must.

Location: Gurugram, Sector 15

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
