Job Title: Record Officer
Company: Union Developer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents (both digital and physical).
  • Develop and implement effective record management systems and policies.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility in accordance with company and legal standards.
  • Retrieve, update, and archive records as required by management or departments.
  • Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Support audits and compliance checks through accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Record Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in record or document management preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and record management software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
