Record Retrieval Expeditor

Growing company in NW Houston / Cypress is searching for a reliable, organized and detail - oriented individual to fill the position of Full-Time Record Retrieval Expeditor. The successful candidate should have experience in the Legal/Medical Field or have past or current experience in Record Retrieval working as an Expeditor. A positive attitude, excellent time and attendance, desire to learn and grow, and excellent communication skills with peers, clients and vendors is a must. Applicant must be detail oriented and focus on quality and call effectiveness. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining our reputation as a stellar performer clients have come to expect.

Responsibilities:

• Status Calls on Outstanding Requests
• Phone calls, emails and/or faxes to Facilities to Acquire Missing Items
• Maintain Detailed Progress Notes in Tracking Software
• Updating Status Notes for Clients
• Electronic Filing of Court Documents
• Scheduling Notaries
• Various Clerical Tasks

Skills:

• MetaRecords 8 (MR8) (preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Other Software
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Highly Organized and Detail Oriented
• Able to Take Direction and Work Independently
