Records Management Assistant (RMS)

GWC operates several warehouses, distribution centers, and a dedicated fleet for its services.

A Records Management Assistant is responsible for storing, organizing, tracking, and retrieving physical and digital records for clients or internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Records handling & storage

Receive files/boxes from clients or departments

Label, barcode, and classify records

Store them properly in warehouse or archive systems

2. Data entry & system updates

Enter record details into the system (document type, date, client info)

Maintain accurate databases for easy retrieval

3. Retrieval & delivery

Locate requested files quickly

Prepare and dispatch records to clients or internal teams

4. Inventory control

Track movement of records (in/out)

Conduct periodic audits to ensure nothing is missing

5. Compliance & confidentiality

Follow strict rules for data protection and confidentiality

Ensure records are handled according to company and legal standards

6. Document scanning / digitization

Scan physical files into digital format

Ensure clear and accurate electronic records
