HR ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Accountant to manage payroll, employee financial records, and HR-related accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in salary processing, compliance with company policies, and coordination between the HR and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll, including overtime, deductions, and benefits
  • Maintain employee records related to salaries, allowances, and leave balances
  • Handle end-of-service benefits, final settlements, and gratuity calculations
  • Coordinate with HR for employee data updates (new hires, resignations, terminations)
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist in financial reporting
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting of employee costs
  • Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) and bank transfers if applicable

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll or HR accounting
  • Knowledge of labor laws and payroll systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Good communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in GCC payroll processing
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
