Job Overview

GLS is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recovery Officer – Accountant to join our team at the Haji Camp Office in Peshawar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer payment recoveries through calls / visits while maintaining professionalism and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers for payment reminders and recovery follow-ups
• Handle inbound customer queries related to outstanding payments
• Maintain accurate records of recovery efforts in ledger.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements where required
• Follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections
• Coordinate with Accounts and Sales departments for reconciliation
• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in recovery, collections
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
• Ability to handle pressure and manage difficult conversations professionally
