About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recovery & Compliance Specialist to oversee and streamline all recovery operations related to both employees and clients. The ideal candidate will design and implement effective recovery procedures, ensure compliance with company policies, and coordinate across departments to minimize losses and improve accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce recovery procedures for employee offboarding, including return of company assets (laptops, IDs, documents, etc.).
• Design and manage client recovery processes to ensure timely payment settlements and return of company property.
• Maintain accurate and updated recovery logs for all employees and clients.
• Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure smooth and compliant recoveries.
• Conduct periodic audits to identify potential compliance risks or outstanding recoveries.
• Prepare and submit regular recovery and compliance reports to management.
• Suggest process improvements and automation tools to enhance efficiency in recovery operations.
• Handle sensitive or escalated cases with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recovery, compliance, or asset management roles.
• Strong understanding of recovery procedures, documentation, and internal coordination.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to design and implement processes independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
