Manager – Recovery & Litigation

Position: Branch Manager

Experience: 2–3 Years in Microfinance or Financial Services
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
Location: Onsite - Jahurabad, District Khushab

Job Purpose:
We’re seeking a proactive and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations with integrity, efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate will drive performance targets, ensure strong recovery management, and foster a customer-centric, motivated team culture at Care Financial Services (CFS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing branch team.
• Ensure compliance with SECP and NBFC regulations.
• Oversee loan disbursement, recovery, and risk mitigation activities.
• Coordinate with legal teams for litigation and recovery cases.
• Implement company policies and ensure procedural accuracy.
• Monitor branch targets, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Promote discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage digital tools for reporting, communication, and efficiency.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience in microfinance or financial services (BDO, CRO, or BM roles).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital reporting tools.
• Good understanding of microfinance operations and SECP regulations.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
