Chief Marketing & Branding Officer (CMO / CBO)

Location: Hybrid – Headquarters (local) + remote international coverage
Reports to: CEO / Founder
Key mission: Build a unified, premium brand for Prime BPO’s call‑center, software‑development, and digital‑marketing services – from recruitment branding locally to global brand‑awareness campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Craft and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and resonates across Pakistan, GCC, Europe, and North‑America markets.
- Own all brand assets (logo, visual language, tone, messaging) and ensure 100 % consistency across every touchpoint – recruitment portals, social‑media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter), professional platforms (Clutch, Upwork, Glassdoor), website, email, events, and offline collaterals.
- Lead recruitment‑marketing: design employer‑brand campaigns, career‑site SEO, targeted job ads, and employee‑referral programs to attract top talent locally.
- Drive global brand‑awareness: multi‑channel digital campaigns, influencer partnerships, thought‑leadership content, webinars, and industry‑event sponsorships.
- Oversee social‑media strategy, content calendar, community management, paid media, and analytics for all platforms – measure reach, engagement, sentiment, and conversion.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and compliance teams to embed brand guidelines into product naming, service descriptions, legal docs, and privacy policies.
- Report monthly brand health metrics (brand equity, Net Promoter Score, share‑of‑voice, campaign ROI) and iterate based on data insights.

Requirements
- 8‑12 yrs marketing/brand leadership, preferably 3‑5 yrs in BPO/call‑center, SaaS, or IT services.
- Proven track record building global brands – case studies with measurable lift in brand awareness & lead generation.
- Expertise in social‑media strategy, paid‑media buying, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and marketing‑automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual design sense (ability to brief external agencies).
- Data‑driven mindset – comfortable with Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, and Tableau.
- Fluency in English; Urdu, Arabic, or Mandarin is a strong plus.
- MBA or equivalent marketing qualification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs100,000.00 per month
