Recovery Driver

Key Responsibilities

• Operate recovery or towing vehicles to transport cars and light vehicles safely.
• Respond to breakdowns, accidents, and vehicle recovery requests.
• Load and secure vehicles properly on the recovery truck to avoid damage during transport.
• Deliver recovered vehicles to designated locations such as workshops, Vendor, or customer locations.
• Ensure all recovery operations follow road safety and company procedures.
• Conduct daily inspection and basic maintenance of the recovery vehicle.
• Maintain proper documentation for each recovery task (job sheet, delivery note, etc.).
• Communicate with logistics team regarding job updates and location status.
• Provide professional customer service during recovery operations.

Requirements Skills and Qualifications

• Valid UAE Manual driving license (Light or recovery vehicle type).
• Minimum 2-3 years driving experience, preferably in recovery/towing services.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
• Ability to operate towing equipment and secure vehicles safely.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including emergency call-outs.
