Experienced 3.5 Tonne Recovery Driver

Pay: £120 per day (paid weekly after training)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced 3.5 tonne recovery driver to join our busy recovery and vehicle transport operation.

This role involves vehicle recovery, collections and deliveries across London and nationwide, so applicants must be confident driving long distances and working independently.

Duties

• Recovering and transporting vehicles using a 3.5 tonne recovery truck
• Vehicle collections and deliveries to garages, auctions, and customers
• Loading and securing vehicles safely using winches, straps and recovery equipment
• Completing daily vehicle checks
• Planning routes and meeting collection time slots
• Communicating with the office regarding jobs and updates

Requirements

• Proven recovery driving experience
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points, no major endorsements)
• Confident using recovery equipment and loading vehicles safely
• Reliable, punctual and able to work under pressure
• Good knowledge of UK road networks
• Professional attitude when dealing with customers

Working Hours

• Usual hours: 7am – 6pm
• Overtime capped at 2 hours unless confirmed with management

Pay

• £120 per day after training
• Paid weekly
• Self-employed position
