Recovery Executive

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Recovery Manager to lead our recovery efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the recovery of debts, assets, or other financial obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recovery strategies

- Manage and train a team of recovery agents

- Analyze data and metrics to optimize recovery efforts

- Communicate with customers, clients, or stakeholders to resolve outstanding debts or issues

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve disputes and improve recovery outcomes

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
