Recovery Manager

Hospital Supply Corporation is looking for a “Recovery Manager” in their Recovery Department for overseeing the effective and timely recovery of payments from customers & institutions nationwide based at Karachi Head Office.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategies & recovery plans for effective & timely recovery of company’s funds from the customers. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly recovery performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordination with department heads for recovery of all outstanding payments including earnest money.
• Supervise the recovery team and train and mentor recovery staff on negotiation, soft-skills, documentation, and compliance.
• Review complex or high-value accounts and handle escalated cases personally and ensure proper documentation of all recovery actions in systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for senior management and analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with 5-7 years of relevant experience with proficiency in MS Office, MIS reporting tools, and CRM systems.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to lead teams, handle pressure, and meet aggressive targets.
• Strong knowledge of credit, legal processes, and recovery techniques.
• Effective handling of internal & external customers.
