Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, for the position of Assistant Manager Recovery and Recovery Assistant. The primary responsibilities include managing and monitoring recovery operations, maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments, preparing and submitting recovery reports, and addressing any issues related to overdue payments. The Assistant Manager will also collaborate with the finance team to develop efficient recovery strategies and ensure compliance with established policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact with clients effectively and handle recovery-related discussions.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, coupled with attention to detail for managing recovery data and preparing reports.
• Experience in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making to address overdue payments and client concerns.
• Knowledge of recovery strategies, legal compliance procedures, and risk assessment principles related to financial operations.
• Ability to lead a team, manage time efficiently, and work under pressure to achieve recovery targets.
• Previous experience in recovery operations or financial services is preferred.
