Formal Title: Assistant Center Director Location: KSA

We are recruiting for our client in KSA.

This position is open to both male and female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Center Operations & Administration

  • Support the Center Director in managing all aspects of daily center operations.
  • Complete all administrative duties including creating student binders, entering student progress, and coordinating updates to student learning/workout plans.
  • Maintain an engaging, distraction-free, and clean learning environment; supervise and delegate cleaning duties.
  • Monitor and maintain interior/exterior center décor and ensure readiness for daily operations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and oversee center opening/closing procedures.

Sales, Lead Management & Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to all leads across phone, email, microsite, and in-person inquiries.
  • Conduct enrolment conversations, demonstrate the method, and convert leads into customers.
  • Use CRM tools to manage follow-ups, tasks, and marketing campaigns.
  • Execute the M-A-T-H sales model and offer assessments/promotions to drive enrollment.
  • Implement and promote the referral program to boost lead generation.
  • Re-enroll existing students and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Instructional Leadership & Staff Development

  • Provide instructional support on the floor when administrative/sales duties are complete.
  • Ensure instructors apply methodology correctly.
  • Train, coach, and guide staff to ensure top performance and high-quality instruction.
  • Monitor team cohesion, communication, and accountability; resolve conflicts and improve collaboration.
  • Conduct and evaluate staff meetings and identify employees with promotion potential.

Assessment & Learning Plan Management

  • Administer, evaluate, and interpret initial, supplemental, and post-assessments.
  • Identify learning gaps and prescribe personalized learning plans.
  • Create, update, and manage student binders with prescriptives, workbooks, and all required materials.
  • Track, record, and manage all student documents including progress, engagement, attendance, and behavior.
  • Modify learning plans to maximize retention, engagement, and overall academic progress.

Parent Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding student progress, behavior, and expectations.
  • Conduct parent conferences and share progress reports.
  • Send mass communications regarding programs, events, and promotions.
  • Make care calls and monthly update calls to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Encourage parent feedback through platforms such as Listen360, Yelp, and Google.

Student Experience, Safety & Center Flow

  • Manage student flow, check-in/out procedures, safety protocols, and center environment.
  • Ensure smooth instructional operations and maintain an engaging learning atmosphere.
  • Manage student incentive programs and keep rewards stocked.

Leadership, Accountability & Professional Growth

  • Take ownership of decisions, outcomes, and overall center performance.
  • Monitor KPIs across customer service, conversions, instruction quality, and profitability.
  • Continuously develop leadership capability through training and professional development.
  • Recognize and report security risks when observed.

Professional requirements :

  • Prior experience in teaching, education management, learning centers, or leadership roles preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and lead instructional staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of accountability and willingness to take initiative.
  • Must be competent in all tasks performed by Instructors and Lead Instructors.
