Recovery Head (Vaikom)

JOB DISCRIPTION

We are hiring Recovery Head at our Corporate Office.

To lead and manage the recovery operations of the chit fund division by implementing effective strategies to minimize default and maximize recovery while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recovery strategies specific to chit fund operations.
• Lead a team of recovery officers across multiple branches.
• Monitor and ensure timely recovery of defaulted subscriptions and dues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of recovery teams and optimize manpower.
• Analyze default trends and submit periodic MIS to management with actionable insights.
• Maintain strong coordination with branch managers and agents for joint recovery initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company policy in all recovery activities.
• Handle escalated cases and support resolution through negotiation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate with minimum 5 years experience in Recovery Head.
• Strong understanding of chit fund operations and recovery mechanisms.
• Proven track record in handling high-volume collections and field recovery operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in local language(s) and willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
