National Printers is a leading printing and publishing company based in Ranchi, committed to delivering high-quality printing solutions to a wide range of clients.. We are looking for a Recovery Manager who will be responsible for managing collections and recovering outstanding payments from clients or distributors. The position involves contacting defaulting customers, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely payment, with the overall goal of minimizing financial losses and ensuring cash flow for the company.

Key Responsibilities

· Contacting clients via phone, email, or in-person visits to collect overdue payments.

· Negotiating and establishing payment plans or settlements.

· Maintaining detailed records of all communications and payment statuses.

· Coordinating with the finance and legal departments for escalated recovery or legal proceedings

· Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and relevant regulations, including contract and debt laws

· Preparing and submitting regular reports on recovery status and outstanding balances.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to document accurately.
• Familiarity with the legal aspects of contracts and debt recovery.
• Ability to handle disputes, resolve discrepancies, and remain professional under stress.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, etc.

• Educational background: Diploma, Graduation or Degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
• Only Male candidates can apply.

• Salary-15k to 20 k
• Exp- 1 to 3yrs.
