Recovery Officer

Summary of the position:

At Stormfiber we are looking for an experienced and motivated Recovery Officer to join our Revenue Assurance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, initiating recovery actions, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Description of Responsibilities:

• Contact and follow up with clients to recover outstanding payments/Devices.
• Negotiate and implement effective repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and recovery activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Provide regular reports on account statuses and recovery progress.
• Ensure recovery practices align with company policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Essential

• Minimum Intermediate/B. Com/BBA majoring in Finance
• Minimum Intermediate/Graduate
• 1-3 Years of relevant experience of account receivable /collection in relevant industry. Fresh can also apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Negotiation and convincing skills for collections.

Desirable:

• Language skills, Urdu, English and local language (preferred)
• Independence with positive energy level
• Creativity emphasize on Excellence.
