Job Purpose

The Recovery Officer is responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from clients. The role involves follow-ups, coordination with internal teams, maintaining recovery records, and supporting smooth cash flow operations. The ideal candidate should be a fast learner, sharp, confident, and possess a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients for pending payments via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
• Maintain accurate recovery records, ledgers, and daily follow-up reports
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and administration teams regarding recoveries
• Handle client queries related to outstanding payments professionally
• Ensure recovery targets are achieved within defined timelines
• Update management on recovery status and escalations
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company financial data
• Support the accounts team in reconciliation when required

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in recovery, collections, or a related role (experience is a plus but not mandatory)
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Gulshan-e-Iqbal
• Fast learner with sharp understanding and positive attitude
• Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Prior experience in recovery, collections, or real estate sector
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Organized, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
