Job Description:

Al Faiz Builders is looking for a Recovery Officer for its Orangi Town office. The candidate will be responsible for the recovery of installment payments and outstanding amounts from clients related to construction and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect monthly maintenance charges from clients
• Follow up on overdue maintenance payments
• Maintain accurate recovery records and receipts
• Submit daily/weekly recovery reports to management
• Handle resident queries related to maintenance charges professionally

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Graduation preferred
• Experience in builders, real estate-based recovery preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiar with Orangi Town and surrounding areas
• Target-oriented and disciplined approach
