Join Our Team at Entrust Management Consultancy (EMC)

We are expanding our operations in the UAE and looking for motivated professionals to join our growing team!

Open Positions

• In-house Recruiter (2 Positions)
• Field Recruiter (2 Positions)
• Business Development Executive (2 Positions) (Female preferred, Arabic language is a plus)

Job Descriptions:

In-house Recruiter:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & shortlisting.
• Coordinate interviews & maintain candidate pipeline.
• Build lasting candidate and vendor relationships,
• Update databases.

Field Recruiter:

• Conduct on-ground recruitment drives, walk-ins & trade test centers.
• Handle candidate mobilization & documentation.
• Visit client/partner sites to fulfill recruitment needs.

Business Development Executive:

• Identify & acquire new clients across UAE & GCC.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
• Understand client manpower requirements & work with recruiters.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth.

Requirements (All Roles)

• Prior experience in recruitment / HR / business development (preferred).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking & negotiation ability.
• UAE market experience is an advantage.

Location: UAE

Salary: AED 3,000 – 5,000 (based on experience) + incentives
