About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to support our hiring process. The role mainly involves sourcing candidates, conducting telephonic discussions, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Source candidates from job portals, databases, and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles as per job requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and daily recruitment reports.
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with candidates.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (HR/Business background preferred).
• 0–6 months of experience in recruitment/telecalling/coordination.
• Strong communication and convincing skills over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
