Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Maintain a talent pool for future staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
