Recruitment Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and bilingual Recruitment Officer to manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while supporting employer branding efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive recruitment approach tailored to both technical and non-technical functions.

Job Description (Key Responsibilities):

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs across IT and Non-IT departments.
• Create and publish job ads in both Arabic and English on various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media).
• Source candidates using diverse methods: online platforms, direct outreach, referrals, and agencies.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews in Arabic and English to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communications.
• Prepare and extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate records through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support employer branding and talent attraction through events, university partnerships, and networking.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting both IT and Non-IT roles.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
• Experience sourcing for technical positions (developers, IT support, data analysts) and non-technical roles (HR, admin, finance).
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies across departments under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
