Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and bilingual Recruitment Officer to manage full-cycle recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while supporting employer branding efforts. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive recruitment approach tailored to both technical and non-technical functions.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs across IT and Non-IT departments.
- Create and publish job ads in both Arabic and English on various platforms (job boards, LinkedIn, social media).
- Source candidates using diverse methods: online platforms, direct outreach, referrals, and agencies.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews in Arabic and English to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communications.
- Prepare and extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate records through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support employer branding and talent attraction through events, university partnerships, and networking.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting both IT and Non-IT roles.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS).
- Experience sourcing for technical positions (developers, IT support, data analysts) and non-technical roles (HR, admin, finance).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies across departments under tight deadlines.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
