Need an experienced Recruiter for call center.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruiters identify, attract, and hire talented individuals for open positions by utilizing their strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to meet hiring goals and contribute to the company's talent acquisition strategy. The basic job involves the entire hiring process, from collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs to sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, managing the offer process, and ensuring a positive experience for all involved.

Requirements:
Minimum Graduation
Minimum 1 year call center hiring and recruitment experience
Availability for full night shift job

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
